We offer classes for every level, and each class is unique. Below you can read descriptions for all the different classes that we offer. Find the class that fits YOUR needs!

Dynamic Strength w/ Jordan
Strength training with a mixture of weights, ropes, tires, mace bells, sleds, and calisthenics.
Fit Fusion w/ Jordan
Resistance training fused with HIIT intervals for strength and endurance.
Full Body Blast w/ Alex
10am and 11am*
This class focuses on the entire body for maximum fat burning and muscle toning. It will help develop core strength, balance, agility, endurance and muscular strength. We will use various equipment like tires, hammers, medicine balls, ropes, cardio machines and much more. Please feel free to join and all levels are welcome.
*11am is a closed class to Santa Barbara High School. Studio A is reserved during this time starting in September
Superior Focus & Determination w/Dustin
Level: Intermediate/ Advanced
Ready for something new? Dustin brings his own unique style and philosophy about training the mind and the body simultaneously. This is a workout you will never forget.
Body Sculpt w/ Alex
Level: Beginner/ Intermediate
A beginner to intermediate level circuit class, which uses interval training and total body exercises to help new comers develop a strong foundation in lower and upper body mechanics as well as aiding in building a strong and stable core.
Superior Spine w/ Dr. Ricky
12pm & 12:30pm
Level: Beginner - Intermediate
Intentional movements originate from a stable and connected core. Superior Spine offers bodyweight based exercises you can do anywhere, designed to activate the smaller posture muscles from which your core finds its center.
Cardio Boxing w/ Jonny
Level: Beginner to Advance
This class consists of variable heart rate training modalities infused with high action boxing techniques. Cardio boxing will help build confidence, discipline and enhance over all well-being. It is a great way to condition the whole body by simultaneously developing muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination.
Weekend Warrior w/ Jordan
Advanced and challenging circuit class that uses unconventional tools, modified interval training, and total body exercises to develop a strong overall body while burning up fat, improving athleticism, boosting confidence and advancing endurance.
Strength & Conditioning w/ Sophia
Level: All levels
This athletic training style will focus on speed while strengthening the body using compound movements. Our goal is to build muscle along with stability and core.
