Yoga
Level: All Levels Yoga w/ Joey. A Restorative yoga practice. Primarily an interactive yin yoga class with light hatha elements. Each flow is based off asking the class about their personal needs and requests (shoulders, knees, lower back, etc.). Restorative poses are held longer to allow the yogi to fall deep into the stretch, opening the body up for healing, and are accompanied by sitting comfortably in meditation and properly preparing for breath work. This practice encompasses the three pillars of holistic yoga; mind, body, and sprit, "reflecting the values at superior fitness". A truly superior restorative class!

Intro to Pole
Level: Beginner - Intermediate With Kelsey Learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique and strength training to begin activating the muscles needed for pole dance. Some of the things you will learn in this class are walking around the pole, body rolls, dip and fold, basic pole spins, dismounts to the floor, basic floor work, fan kicks, climbs, basic strength training related to pole, and more!

Please wear shorts, or pants that roll up so that the back of your knees can be exposed.
